6 Week refrigerator Banana muffin recipes?????
I have been using the six-week refrigerator bran muffin recipe for years. Now I have fell in love with banana nut muffins. How should I modify a Banana Nut muffin recipe so I can store it in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks?

Believe it or not there are different recipes for your bran muffin so providing an actual recipe would be helpful.
3 bananas are in a recipe for about 24 cupcake-sized muffins (I think-going on memory may be a dangerous assumption!). Use that to calculate the number of bananas in this massive recipe.
1.Add bananas (use plain bran cereal if you don't want raisins in your banana muffins).
2. Reduce sugar (bananas are sweet and act as a liquid-just like sugar)
3. Possibly need to reduce buttermilk but hard to call on first run.
You might want to scale out all the ingredients in the original recipe and then do a partial attempt for the first run. Do 1/4 of the recipe and see what you think. Much easier to do when the ingredients are weighed out. If you wish to continue with volume after that, it is easy enough to convert.
Lots of different ways to approach this but all will be delicious!
